  1. Have you ever used the social media to communicate with your favorite brand?

  2. Hi everyone! I have just read your report, and I was surprised about the fact that Rolex has no official page either on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube...what do you think about that? I think that that may be an issue in the next years...shouldn't they start do something about that?

  3. Yeah that's a very interesting issue. Social media and official pages of companies can definitely be an important communication vehicle for companies like Rolex. However, there are certainly also some implications for Rolex to consider before setting up these pages. Should Rolex manage the interactions/conversations on the offical pages or remain silent? What do you think?

  4. Maybe they are scared of loosing their exlusivity?

I would like to see them on social media and be able to contact them directly. it is the easiest way of getting a fast reply.
