Yeah that's a very interesting issue. Social media and official pages of companies can definitely be an important communication vehicle for companies like Rolex. However, there are certainly also some implications for Rolex to consider before setting up these pages. Should Rolex manage the interactions/conversations on the offical pages or remain silent? What do you think?

ReplyDeleteI would like to see them on social media and be able to contact them directly. it is the easiest way of getting a fast reply.
